Hi, I’m Amanda!
Hello, and welcome. My name is Amanda Sivoney Rodriguez, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas. I am passionate about helping individuals and families improve their emotional well-being and navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and support.
I have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds within our community. My clinical experience includes supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs while creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and personal growth.
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M International University, where I also received a Bilingual Counseling Certification. As a bilingual therapist, I am committed to making mental health services more accessible and culturally responsive for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Born and raised in Laredo, Texas, I have a deep connection to this community and a strong passion for serving underserved populations. I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care and the opportunity to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies that lead to lasting emotional wellness.
